Terms and Conditions

These terms cover booking, payment, and cancellation for sessions with LD Bliss, LLC, along with the nature of the services offered. By booking a session, you agree to the terms below.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

We know your time is valuable, and ours is too. Out of respect for staff and other clients, we ask that you give us at least 24-hour notice if you need to cancel an appointment. Please note that we do not offer refunds. However, if you give us at least 24-hour notice of your need to cancel, we will credit your payment toward another appointment. However, if you do not cancel with a 24-hour notice, you will lose any payments you have already made.

Nature of services

LD Bliss provides health and wellness coaching and non-invasive nutritional scanning. Coaching is not medical care, diagnosis, or treatment, and no specific outcome is promised. Individual results vary. Coaching does not replace advice from your physician or other qualified health provider, and you should consult a medical professional before making significant changes to diet, exercise, or medication.

Booking and payment

Sessions are booked through the LD Bliss scheduling calendar. Where a session carries a fee, payment is due as described at the time of booking. Coaching sessions are held by web conferencing; the Biometric Scan is done in person by appointment in the Pace, Florida area.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version always appears on this page.
