Privacy Policy
LD Bliss, LLC respects your privacy. This policy explains what information this website collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. It is written to match how this site actually works: there is no online store, no accounts, and no advertising tracking.
What this site collects
This website itself does not collect personal information, and it has no shop, no checkout, and no user accounts. You can read every page without giving us any information about yourself.
Information reaches us only when you choose to send it, in one of two ways:
- Email. If you email us at lauren@ldbliss.com, we receive your email address and whatever you write, and we keep that message so we can respond and follow up.
- Booking. When you book a session, scheduling is handled by Calendly, a third-party service. Any name, email, or details you enter there are collected by Calendly under Calendly's own privacy policy, and shared with us so we can hold your appointment.
The wellness check-in
The self-guided wellness check-in runs entirely in your web browser. Your answers are not transmitted to us, saved on any server, or shared. Nothing you enter leaves your device.
How we use your information
We use the information you send us only to respond to you, schedule and prepare for sessions, and provide the coaching or services you have asked for. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Client information
If you become a coaching client, we treat the information you share in the course of coaching as confidential and use it only to support your coaching. Coaching is not medical care, and this site is not a patient portal or medical records system.
How your information is protected and kept
We keep the information you send us only as long as needed to respond to you and provide services, and we take reasonable steps to keep it secure. Booking details are held by Calendly on its systems; email is held by our email provider.
Children
This site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Your choices
You may ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing lauren@ldbliss.com. We will honor reasonable requests except where we are required to keep information by law.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version always appears on this page.
